Delivery Times will vary between each of our partners. Below is a summary of the shipping times for each as well as links to their website where additional information can be found.
Shipping in Australia:
Our Main Partner (The Iconic) is able to deliver anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area in just 3 hours for items that are stocked in their warehouse, between the hours of 7am and 6pm on business days. If your order qualifies for this service, it will be shown as an option at checkout for only $4.95.
Free overnight shipping Australia-wide:
Free overnight shipping from the Sydney warehouse is available using Express Post.
Customers outside Sydney who place an order before 2pm on a business day, will receive their order the next business day. Please note – this is provided they fall within the Auspost “Next Day Delivery Network”. Deliveries to areas outside the network may take up to 4 working days.

Customers In Sydney can order as late as 10pm on a business day to receive next day delivery.
If your order is not stocked at the Sydney warehouse and needs to come from another supplier’s warehouses, then the express and free overnight shipping options will not be available, and will be greyed out at checkout. In that case, your order will arrive in 2-4 working days.
Delivery to depots:
The Iconic offers Packages to be delivered to depots – just enter the depot address along with your name as your address on checkout.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been dispatched your tracking details will be sent to you in an email from either The particular Parrner you purchased through or the respective Delivery Company e.g Auspost (AU orders) or DHL (The Iconics NZ orders). You can use the link in that email and the tracking ID to check where your order is.
Accepting delivery of your order:
Deliveries must be signed for and if you are not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. Although you can nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch) we strongly recommend paying voluntary insurance in the cae of unattended deliveries.
Changing shipping address:
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our partners warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact the relevant partners Customer Service team as soon as possible on 1300 668 345 (The Iconic within AUS).
The Iconic currently ships only to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to military addresses and PO boxes is also possible.
Shipping to New Zealand or the U.K & U.S.A:
Iconic Orders will take 2-3 business days to be delivered to New Zealand if they’re coming from the Sydney warehouse. If they’re coming from another supplier, delivery will take 5-7 business days. Your order confirmation email will let you know how long the item(s) you’ve ordered will take to arrive, and where they’re coming from.
Each partners has slightly different returns requirements and you can view each by using the links to each partners below.
However there is 3 basic rules for returns:
- Item(s) need to be returned within the required number of days after purchase.
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. and
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in good condition.
